When these two teams met earlier in the season in the reverse fixture, Leeds managed to run away with a narrow 2-1 win. This will give them a lot of confidence to repeat the same here on Monday as well. Liverpool, despite having the stronger side, will feel that they have had a poor season so far. They are ranked in the 8th position of the league table at the time of writing, with 44 points inside their bag. Leeds, on the other hand, are perched upon the 16th position.

Injury Report

Tyler Adams, Stuart Dallas and Maximilian Wober will be missing in action for Leeds while the likes of Rhys Williams, Naby Keit and Ibrahima Konate will not be available for selection for Liverpool. Manager Jurgen Klopp will hope that Liverpool can rely upon Mohamed Salah as well as his frontline mates Cody Gakpo and Dawin Nunez. Patrick Bamford is back manning the forward line for Leeds.
