Match Overview

A rather lopsided game might be on our hands when Juventus host Sporting CP at the Allianz Arena in Turin in the first leg of the quarterfinal of the UEFA Europa League. However, the visiting side cannot be ruled out even before they have stepped onto the field given that they have a good record in this competition. Juventus will have to be wary of the threat that Sporting CP pose.

The visiting side's Manuel Ugarte, on the other hand, is on a suspension, and is not available for selection.

Prediction

Juventus come into this game on the back of eight unbeaten games at home, whereas Sporting too have not won just one out of the last five matches that they have played. Both these teams are expected to get on the scoresheet (BTTS) in this game. Angel di Maria is a threat for Juventus while Nuno Santos holds a similar place in the Sporting CP lineup.
